Diamonds Software, Bath, England, the developer of Diamonds Studio, the Software Oriented Archtitecture (SOA) development environment based on Oracle's database has release an innovative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution focused on Sales Performance Management to provide flexibility and agility not seen previously in CRM solutions.
Diamonds Software's Sales and Marketing Director, Jeff Goddard, said "It think it was the lack of flexibility that made me dislike CRM – sales force automation tools. It didn't matter whether they where tailored to what I sold or not, because it never quite worked for me.
